Kola Urundai/ Goat Meat Balla Recipe:

Kola urundai is one of the most popular non-vegetarian sidedish made of minced boneless goat meat which is blended with spices like garam masala powder
(contain cinnamon sticks, cardamom, clove and other), turmeric, ginger garlic paste, roasted chickpeas flour, salt, onions, curry leaves and some cilantro.
We can make kola urundai gravy and even kola biryani.

Ingredients for pressure cook the goat meat:

1 cup Boneless Goat Meat/Mutton or Minced Goat Meat
1 cup Water
pinch of Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
(Pressure Cooker the goat meat for 4-5 whistles and keep it aside)

Ingredients:

1 Medium Size Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Spoon (regular spoonsize) Ginger Garlic Paste
Few Curry Leaves,Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves
1/2 cup Roasted chickpeas
2 spoon besan/kadalai maavu(rss-regular spoon size)
salt to taste
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder to Taste
1 spoon(rss) Coriander Powder
1 Spoon(rss) Garam Masala Powder
Oil for Deep Frying
