Dry Dosa Batter:
Dosa is a fermented crepe made from rice batter and black lentils. It is a staple dish in South Indian states of
Tamil nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Telangana. It is also popular in other parts of India,
and other countries like Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Singapore.
But here i am going to post dry dosa batter recipe homemade. we can find many instant mixes are available in the market.
A small portion of this is mixed with water to form a fermented batter. This is then spread evenly on a cooking pan.
It takes about five minutes to cook. Store bought mixes may contains some preservatives and also overprocesed.
My mom use to prepare dry dosa mix at home for my brother who is living in abroad, so that it will be easy for him to make instant dosa batter at home anytime by adding just water and let it fremented; Very Next day he can enjoy fresh dosa at home.
I learned this recipe from my MOM..! She is amazing mother taking care of us and also busy working women..! Done her dual

1 and 1/2 cup Urad dal/Whole black lentils (skinless)
3 cup Idli Rice
1 cup Raw Rice
2 tsp. Fenugreek Seeds
