Spicy Mushroom Biryani:

Biryani is the best and popular lunch menu through-out India. Usually made with spices, rice and meat or vegetables. There is a theory about the Mughals brought biryani to South Asia. There are several types of biryani in North India and South India. Each biryani making methods and spices used are different. North Indian Biryani mostly like dum biryani (cooked rice separately and veggies or meat seperately ; layered for dum cooking) but in South Indian, the rice is fried and cooked  along with meat and all spices to get a strong flavor of  curried rice. Whatever the biryani is biryani, it going to be taste good anyways.! Today i am going to show you how to make spicy mushroom biryani…! Lets get started..!


Whole Garam Masala Items:

Few Kalpasi, 5 Cardamom, 2 cinnamom sticks, 2 black cardamom, 1 tps. cumin seeds, 1 tsp, black pepper, 2 start anise, 2 biryani leaves and 10 cloves

2 medium size red onion

1 big size tomato,

450 grams of cleaned and washed mushroom

1 tsp, turmeric powder,

1 regular size spoon red chili powder

2 and 1/2 regular size coriander powder

1 regular size spoon cumin powder

1/2 regular size spoon garam masala powder

salt to taste

1 regular size spoon full of ghee (optional)

2 cups of rice

3 and 1/2 cups of water
