Homemade Vegetable Salad Dressing:
Eating salad almost every day may be one of the most healthy eating habits you can adopt and one of the simplest. Eating salads is a super-convenient way to work in a couple of servings of vegetables and/or fruit.
Benefits of healthy eating it’s not just the vitamins in salad and raw vegetables that make them so important – they’re also packed with fiber and are low in fat and calories, making them great choices for filling you up while slimming.
Salad is very healthy and tasty too..! It is good to eat raw food for at least once a week.
Ingredients to make Homemade Salad Dressing:
2 tsp. Lime Juice / Required
1 tbs. White Distilled Vinegar
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
½ tbs. Olive Oil / Required
1 tsp. Rosemary Garlic
1 tsp. Dry Basil
1 tsp. Dry Parsley
Salt to Taste
Lettuce Chopped Roughly
Baby Carrots Chopped Straight
Few Grape Tomatoes Chopped Half
Cucumber Chopped into Round Shape
Red Onion Chopped Straight and Thin
Feta Cheese Chopped into Small cubes or Shredded
2 tbs. Raisins / Dry Grapes (Optional)
For Crunchy Toppings Add Seasoned Bread Crumbs (Optional)
Pepper and Salt to Taste
- Add all the Salad Ingredients into the Mixing Bowl; followed by Black Pepper and Salt to Taste.
- Then add about 6 to 7 tsp. of dressing; Mix well and Serve.
