Coconut Chutney 2:
1 cup Coconut (Frozen or Fresh)
3 Green Chilies
1 Medium Garlic
1 tsp. Ginger (or about an inch)
1 tbs. Onion (4 to 5 cubes of Onion)
1 tbs. Tomato (4 to 5 cubes of Seedless tomato)
8 Curry Leaves
- Add all the above ingredients into the blender; add water little at a time; make it fine paste.
- Note: Use hot water if you are going to use frozen coconut.
- Perfect for vada/ Idle/ Dosa.
