Refreshing Spicy(Masala) Tea:
Masala tea is the best and healthy too; helps in relieving body pain, headaches and cold; Nutmeg and ginger helps digestion; Adding ginger daily in our tea also helps in reducing weight and diabetes.
1 tsp. Cardamom Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp. Nutmeg Powder
10 to 11 Cloves
12 to 14 Black Pepper
1 and ½ tsp. Freshly Shredded Ginger
Sugar to Taste
Milk to make 3 Servings
Add water to milk instead going for skimmed milk (always try to avoid processed foods)
3 tbs. tea Powder (or to taste)
- Start heating the milk; once the milk is ready add ginger, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cloves, black pepper and mix well using normal spoon.
- Once we get the right color, turn off the heat and serve hot.
