Refreshing Masala Tea

Refreshing Spicy(Masala) Tea:

Masala tea is the best and healthy too; helps in relieving body pain, headaches and cold; Nutmeg and ginger helps digestion; Adding ginger daily in our tea also helps in reducing weight and diabetes.

Ingredients:

1 tsp. Cardamom Powder

1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder

1 tsp. Nutmeg Powder

10 to 11 Cloves

12 to 14 Black Pepper

1 and ½ tsp. Freshly Shredded Ginger

Sugar to Taste

Milk to make 3 Servings

Add water to milk instead going for skimmed milk (always try to avoid processed foods)

3 tbs. tea Powder (or to taste)

Steps:

  1. Start heating the milk; once the milk is ready add ginger, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cloves, black pepper and mix well using normal spoon.
  2. Once we get the right color, turn off the heat and serve hot.
