Easy Chilli Bread

Quick and Easy Chilli Bread recipe; Kids lovable recipe; Try and Enjoy! I like to get comments from you! Thanks :-)

Ingredients:

3 cups Leftover Breads cut into cubes

1 cup of Red Pepper

½ cup of Broccoli

Few Baby Spinach

1 tsp. Minced Garlic

1 tbs. Olive Oil

Sauce Mixture:

2 tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce/ to taste

2 tsp. Soy Sauce/ to taste

1 tsp. Tomato Ketchup

½ tsp. Tomato Paste (Optional)

½ tsp. Black Pepper

1 tsp. Salt/ to taste

Mix all the above and keep side

Cheese Mixture:

3 tsp. Ricotta Cheese

3 tsp. Mozzarella Cheese

3 tp. Parmesan Cheese

½ tsp. Dried Onion

½ tsp. Garlic Powder

½ tsp. Parsley

½ tsp. Basil

½ tsp. Black Pepper

Mix all the above said items and keep it aside (Feel free to add or remove any herbs you wish)

Steps:

  1. In a Cooking pan, add olive oil followed by minced garlic and veggies; cook for 5 minutes; don’t add water.
  2.  Then add our sauce mixture followed by bread cubes; mix completely.
  3. Then add our cheese mixture and serve hot.

Tips:

  • You also can add sauces one by one; the reason why am doing the sauce mixture is because, I don’t want to get the sauce burn.
  • All go for medium heat.
  • Feel free to skip cheese; i also like to have without cheese.
